RISKY ACTIVITIES

RISKY ACTIVITIES

High-risk tasks are all activities that, due to their nature or the place where they are carried out, involve exposure or intensity greater than those normally present in routine activities, which can cause severe and often fatal accidents at work.

Extreme sports are leisure activities with some dangerous component, which are characterized as those that when carried out add difficult or extreme conditions that imply higher levels of risk and emotion for those who practice them.

There are many extreme sports, from parachute jumping, canoeing down a mighty river or jumping from a bridge with a rope, but the important thing when practicing these activities is to do it with the appropriate security measures.
There are different risk activities such as:
Skydiving and paragliding.
Jumping from a parachute plane or from a hill, handling a paraglider in an aerodynamic way, is not easy and requires specific preparation and long hours of previous training.
Rafting.
It consists of descending a river on a raft or canoe letting yourself be carried away by the current and having enough skill to overcome the different obstacles: stones, jumps, eddies...
Climbing and rappelling.
There are different varieties of climbing and descending mountains, from the simplest to rock or ice ascents. It is one of the most dangerous adventure sports and demands maximum concentration, strength and balance from those who practice it.
Bungee jumping and bungee jumping.
Absolute adrenaline rush and only for the bravest and best prepared.
extreme skiing Among winter sports, extreme skiing, practiced off-piste on the wildest peaks, is one of the most risky and requires optimal preparation.

Bungee jumping

After a long investigation and viewing of videos, I decided on one that is Bungee jumping and bungee jumping, since this calls my attention due to certain characteristics due to the pendulum movement of the jump, in Bungee Jumping oscillations are produced perpendicular to the ground, produced due to the recoil of the rubber band, that is, something similar to what a rebound would be.
Bungee jumping, or, is an activity in which a person is thrown from a high altitude, with one of the points of the elastic rope tied to the torso or ankle, and the other end attached to the starting point of the jump.

In addition to these sports, there are many others, most of them related to enjoying nature, which, without being extreme, could also be considered risky activities. They are, for example, hiking and trekking, traditional skiing, surfing and windsurfing, mountain or road biking, diving or even something as common as running.
